My First Pesto

or... how I ate a meal with green peas & didn't gag!


1 - pluck fresh basil, toss it in the food processor.

2. ooh, pretty green! add garlic, clamp down the lid

3. power On! drizzle in the EVOO, finish with Parm. (I skipped the nuts, because the frozen container of walnuts turned out to be ground beef. ew.)

4. Toss with sauteed chicken, thin spaghetti, and green peas. Go back for seconds. Enjoy the everlasting garlic breath.
