Slush?
I've never cooked with rhubarb, and my experience eating it begins and ends with the strawberry rhubarb pie my sweet Grandma used to make. It was an excellent pie...for which I do not have the recipe. I did find this on a cooking blog I really like. Good? Awful? I have no idea. I have a newborn and a 3 year old - barely enough time to breathe, let alone try new recipes yet! ;) Let me know if you try it...
